March 8, 2010 by HSACQ · 3 Comments

This year Houston light rail construction is scheduled to commence on five (5) new lines again since completing The Main Street Line downtown over 6 years ago.  These new lines are : The North Line, South East Line, East End Line, University Line, and Uptown Line.

Will light rail construction cause tenants / businesses in those areas impacted by light rail construction to relocate or remain in place ?

It was interesting that some tenants / businesses located right along where the light rail line were unaware of any light rail construction. Especially those who recently opened a new store.
